SANTA BARBARA, CA - January 8, 2013

The subject depicted in the attached surveillance photographs is suspected of identity theft and made over $5,600.00 of fraudulent withdrawals from U.S. Bank Branches in Santa Barbara and Westlake Village on November 28 & 29, 2012.
