Big Bad Wolf

I was hiking in Summerland yesterday and this animal crossed the trail in front of me. My dogs went crazy
when they caught the scent. He looked old, sad and his hind end was in bad shape. He certainly is much
bigger than my 90 pound labs, it couldn't be a coyote. Anyone else report seeing him?
