Injury Traffic Accident

A subscriber reports an injury traffic accident on the 101 Southbound just north of Garden, after midnight
on new years eve.
Subject down in lanes, crawling.
This was originally reported as a traffic accident Northbound and they couldn't
find them, the fire engine returned to station, and were called out again to the
Southbound side now.
Two engines are back on scene again and an ambulance and all of them are
having trouble finding the person. Three reporting parties called this in.
They never found the person and canceled again.
