Pedestrian In Traffic

There is a report of a pedestrian running and jumping in traffic on Highway 101 northbound, just north of Refugio.

It was in another post earlier, 845P, about the CHP stating "UTL" or Unable To Locate regarding a traffic accident near Gaviota. Roger is correct that I shouldn't try to guess...just seemed strange that a person running in traffic was so close to where a driver was not found at another accident (or seemingly close).

We just drove past on our way home. The police had a guy prone on the ground, on the northbound side of the 101.

Utter insanity. Sad! Pam, I thought exactly what you did. (Some of us have worked in fields where codes are used; some kind of law enforcement or dispatch. As I say, I don't mean to horn in on Roger's work when I add details or explication to his posts. I didn't today, but I have and I apologize to him when I do.)
