Broken Fire Hydrant

A hit and run caused a fire hydrant to spew water all over the place on the 3800 block of State in the La Cumbre Plaza.

Lots of water on a high voltage? Thangy now they got to notify Edison too.. Lots of hit and runs chase them down but don't let them know your hunting for them. call 911 on your cell phone some of these jokers carry guns.
