There is a possible structure fire reported on 1528 Chapala. Full fire is in response.

Was reported as fire out conflicting reports of smoke comming from apartment and a lamp possibly smoking..Fire reporting a large 3 story commercial structure with nothing showing from the outside everyone out of the building..

Last I heard they are clearing smoke out of an apartment it doesn't sound horribly serious caught in time.

Thank Goodness!! That address is a large multi-nonprofit office building. I hope it wasn't them. Not that I wish fire damage on anyone, but I have a connection to it. There is another, smaller office building next door and then a multi-apt residential building next door to that, right on the corner of Chapala & Arrellaga. Guess that was it?
