and both admitted an enhancement for a prior narcotic sales conviction.

Prosecutor Dozer asked Morris if he knew of at least three Westside gang members, since the penal code defines a criminal street gang as three or more members...

This family needs Planned Non-parenthood as Part of their sentences. Some apple trees produce lousy fruit no matter how well tended. Scions produce the same poor quality, it's in the genes. They go in the chipper to make room for more fruitful trees.
