I just drove by there, going to the bank, and saw block closed at Victoria. How fun to know what is going on there from the poster. Thanks. Pure Edhat!

Related, does anyone know if any interesting archeological items were found when they excavated the site? Being so close to the Arlington, in the heart of downtown, there must have been remnants of different phases of habitation in town. Nowadays, I thought it was part of building to report any findings. They dug SO deep. Maybe I just missed a story on it.

The lady building this project is crazy. Over $1,000,000 for a one bedroom condo in this recessionary market. Good Luck.

Not only are they expensive they are tiny. So tiny that one unit is a designated guest unit that you can reserve in case you have an overnight visitor.

Is the construction company using local labor? I've been wondering that about the Chic-Fil-A also.

FYI, concrete is "placed", not poured.
