Suspect left area in 99 Buick sedan unsure if charges will be pressed or it's just the usual neighborhood drama.. I guess there are worse places to live in S.B.

He's back after a successful morning escape the wrench pepper spray manic is back challenging people to fight. Now he has a tazer you know I'd shut this one down quick I hope that is what the police do..I do hope he waits for the police this time.. I won't say the whole address but I'm sure all the neighbors know where it is and the former owner Anita who was my land lady once is spinning where ever she may be thinking Rodger Dodger was the criziest tenent she ever had living there.

Not hearing much wouldn't be surprised if the cops just go code 7.

The reporting party is refusing assistence concerning this earlier the victim did not want to press charges..I think this is a waste of police time why should they even show up if they don't know whats going on?

Most of the apartments and housing are SB City Housing Authorty owned... (read, Section 8). These kind of calls shouldn't be a surprise. The tenants in many are in drug, alcohol treatment / half way houses for released prisoners and other facilities for those "transitioning" from "homeless" to getting funded housing.

How do you know the address is section 8 or are you just assuming section 8 people are the only people that cause trouble?
