So Cal Edison Hearing

My November SCE bill includes a notice of public hearings due to a proposal to increase the opt out fees
for customers that don't want smart meters installed. For most customers (those not receiving a discount)
the Initial fee will increase to $98 from $75 and the monthly fee will increase to $24 from $10. A hearing
will be held December 14 at the SB County Building at 3 pm to discuss this proposal.
