Santa Barbara Motorcycle Toy Run - Traffic Delay Expected

SANTA BARBARA, CA - December 6, 2012

The Unity Shoppe will be conducting the Santa Barbara Motorcycle Toy Run on Sunday, December 9, 2012. The event will attract an estimated 600 motorcyclists that will stage on Santa Claus Lane in Carpinteria. The riders will enter the city limits of the City of Santa Barbara at Coast Village Road and Olive Mill Road. The procession will continue west along Cabrillo Boulevard, north on State Street and then north on Alamar Avenue. Upon reaching Foothill Road, the procession will head west and continue out of the jurisdiction of the City of Santa Barbara. The group's final destination is the Elks Lodge in Goleta. The estimated time the procession will pass through the City of Santa Barbara is between 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

Drivers encountering the procession can expect an approximate eight minute delay.
