What's better than a sunrise from inspiration point? A great way to start the day.

Inspiration Point = Most overrated hiking destination in the SB front country. I think the name suckers people in. Haul your carcass up there and you a treated with a large fire road and an average SB view. The ride down Jesusita on a bike though to Stevens Park though is a darn good time as well as just hiking some of those lover creek adjacent sections. The actual "point" though just ho hum.

Nice niner, enjoy the way down! Bet the dirt is perfect....and please use your bell. Anyone know who to donate to, to fill the bell boxes?

Isn't Inspiration Point a place where people make out?

As a hiker I have a great deal of respect for those riders who take the time to install a bell to let me know they are coming at me. And in return I can shout to let them know I'm there too. Sharing the trail is easy - all it takes is a flash of consideration.

Wasn't the trail too muddy to ride without causing rutting?

512: Donate your time to assemble the bells or money to buy the supplies SBMTV.org . SBMTV dot org. In fact, there was a bell building party last Sunday. I used to be heavily involved with Trail Maintenance with SBMTV, but I have lagged in the past few years. I'm still on the Board's mailing list. Great bunch of people giving back to the trails because we use them.

www.sbmtv.org fills the bell boxes. We just built a new batch, they are now being distributed. Good thing I'm a paid subscriber!
