The Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department says the woman who was the passenger in a suspected DUI
crash on Highway 246 between Buellton and Solvang has died from her injuries.

The first accident, which caused a death, did not involve alcohol. Even though this one did, his bail should be lowered, as he seems to be a low flight risk and could be monitored electronically. If his care in jail were to be an element in his getting an infection, through catheter care/usage for instance, the tax-payers would be at risk. What a nightmare all around. RIP, Misses Clark and Alejo. I'm so sorry for the families.
