December 4, 2012 - SB Victory

Santa Barbara was represented well at Southern California State Championship on Saturday as the San Marcos Marching Band and Colorguard won the Gold medal.

In the news: Leadbetter Beach was closed due to a sewage spill, former Fire Chief Herbert C. McElwee passed away, and a subscriber spotted a Blackhawk helicopter loaded with armed officers. Read these stories and more, below.
