Code, 40 acting combative in the ER Sounds like he's mellowed out quite a bit..Reduce responding units to code 2.

I don't know what he did I know he was a code 40, Drunk picked up on Milpas. There was something going on near Carpinteria and Milpas earlier possible assault victim it sounded like they said Fall Victim. Maybe it was him or the guy that helped him fall down who knows now he's in jail.

May? What are you talking about May this goes on all year around now. Everything has changed if you cannot walk and your drunk you don't go to jail not rightaway. First you get an ambulance ride to Cottage there you spend 6 hours then you are released to jail, or the sober center. Also when you get transported to jail you could say your butt hurts from the ride and you get another ambulance ride to the hospital. If I was still drinking I could go another 30 years being baby sat for free..May... Ha!

We got one right now Code 40 Raising HELL at Starbucks 200 West Carrillo Code 40, Drunk 484 Theft, Disturbing. Maybe later on someone who was there can tell us what happened. Oh he has 4 warrents one is bookable. Police gets there now it's a medical he told someone he was having a heart attack. Code 2 medics responded. I can hear him moaning in the back round "Oh please help me, oh God I stink I'm dying." He's going to Cottage now going to jail later Before it's all over taxpayers will be paying the bill. If they hook him up to the heart machine it might cost alot. He might have got zapped though a supervisor is responding. Medics are not needed now but he will need a medical clearence before going to jail Taxpayers are lucky this one won't cost as much.
