459 Burglary occurred at 12:38 pm on the 700 Block of Wynita Ave. SBPD are responding and searching for a Hispanic adult male suspect around 5'10" and
200 pounds.

I think any tough guy who thinks they are bad but runs from the police deserves blue panties, my neighbor wears them all the time.
