November, 27 2012 - Hunkering Hawk
Santa Barbara is a different place when it rains. Most of the outdoor activities are put on hold as people either celebrate or resent the rain. The story
was the same for this hawk as it tried to find shelter from the elements.
In local news, SBPD issued a statement on Sunday night's Bregante Lane shooting, the Mesa Lane Steps Beach Access Project has been completed, and
Edhatters discuss new Turnpike development.
