Dinner & Beer

I have a couple of friends coming to visit this weekend. One is having a birthday and they want to go out to dinner to celebrate. One likes good beer, the other likes good food. Not a beer drinker myself, I have no idea what to suggest. Do any of you have any recommendations?

the new Eureka burger is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! great food .. tons of local and really original beers with a great staff and service! very busy.. you will wait in line but it is well worth it

Palace Grill -- amazing food and service. It's very festive for birthdays and special occasions. We always have fun there.
