Police at Lynda.com

What is going on near the Lynda.com parking lot? There are a ton of Police and a SB County Sheriff truck,
but nothing seems to be blocked off - does anyone know?

Sheriffs department law enforcement training exercise. Just saw 3 dudes wearing their SWAT outfits go in in formation, machine guns drawn and enter what I think is now a pretty much vacant Lynda building. They haven't moved in yet.
