SBPD responding Scum Bag discribed as a white male 30 years old, clean shaven 5'8 slender build wearing a blue shirt and blue shorts. He has also been harrassing females.

Earlier there was another Suspicous Circumstances involving a man in a pick up truck taking pictures of females entering the 7-11 Store in the 3400 Block of State street.- I don't think this is the same maggot just wanted to mention it.

I sure do right off the police scanner...I should go downtown and by the warf I'm sure it's beautiful watching everyone exposing themselves doing poopys and pee pees get me a cell phone take pictures for the police or pick them up and toss em off the warf...Hmmmm lets see. This once was a beautiful town but no longer...It could be again with alot of work but no one seems to want to do it they just blame everyone else for it's downfall eh...@ 77.
