Report of mail theft, the reporting party is tailing the thief. Started at San Andreas at Anapamu now at USA Gas on Carrillo.

Reporting party does not want to be seen I don't blame them. Suspect is hispanic male adult wearing a flowered shirt and blue jeans..Usually these guys start around the holidays stealing mail but I pretty much here it all year around now.

Reporting party identified suspect as mail theif. Not sure if he got anything or was just checking boxes.. I went after a fellow a few years back getting ready to hit my mail box. He jumped into a 70's dirty white Chevy Suburban and got away..
