3 Vehicle accident near Armour Ranch Road and Highway 154. The suspect is headed East
toward Santa Barbara. 20001 Felony hit and run.

20001 Hit and Run vehicle discribed as a semi towing an alummium trailer there should be damage on the trailer as well as debis hanging down. CHP and SBSO are actitivly on the pass looking for this vehicle.

At this time there are two minor injuries but earlier there was a report that one man was trapped in his truck.
