I waited awhile hoping that I would hear something else. At first Engine 2 could not find the victim, then they did. I heard the medics still responding acouple moments later. They would have been canceled the police responded too. I don't understand not blocking or at the very least physically walking out in the street to stay with the victim until police arrive. I'd even do that for someone I hate it just aien't right to leave someone all alone in the middle of the road like that...

I think people are letting other people die in the streets especally the homeless, the poor, If the victim is a liberal that seems like a plus for someone from the right. Local people here in Santa Barbara don't even question suspicous deaths of homeless people not even when a woman is burned to death no one questions it..Ken Williams did. I think it's one of the reasons he doesn't work for the county anymore. People said he was part of Homeless Inc. No he really cared about getting people off the street. Everyone else just drives around them.
