Crash On Mesa

Anyone know the details on a possible vehicle crash that happened on the Mesa this morning around 1:35
am?
The whole neighborhood was awoken by someone revving up what sounded like an old hot rod engine,
then its tires peeling out, the vehicle picking up speed, then screeching tires again, and subsequent
sounds of a crash.

Neighbor heard youths talking and walking rapidly away after the crash, which totaled one car and wrecked another, I think. He didn't think anyone was hurt.
This reader heard a long tire screech and then a fairly loud CRUNCH! All cars removed by early morning. Picked up my paper about 6:20 and it was quiet as usual.
End of story. I guess

Accident happened at the corner of Santa Rosa and Loyola. a white 4runner was totaled and a full size Chevy truck, which was parked directly behind it, was pretty severely damaged. Per a neighbor who owned one of the damaged vehicles, a drunk driver smashed into the car early this morning. The drunk driver's vehicle had already been removed when I saw the other two cars this morning at 8:30am. I'm curious if anyone has any further details. Not sure if he fled or was caught at/near the scene. Thanks in advance.

I saw a guy running down Loyola right after the crash--he slowed down when he turned going West of Shoreline
