Faeriefest

Here are my photos of this
event on Saturday. Full of winged creatures, bubbles, dancers, music and
whimsical costumes and creative energy!
This past Saturday was the Second Annual Faerifest at the Solvang Festival
Theater!
Faerifest is the creation of Clau Orona, who is one of the genius costume
designers for Solstice, among her many talents.
Her family owns the Solvang Trolley and the Solvang Trolley Ice Cream Shop in
Solvang. Last year she had an inspiration to create a new festival with some of
the magic and costumes of Solstice right in her own town!
She saw a Faerifest in Oregon and one thing led to another and the result was
Faerifest here at the Solvang Festival Theater!
Watch for it again next year!
