Contractor Work

I am looking for a general contractor who can put together the following work on
my property and do quality woirk, get it done in a reasonable time frame and for a
reasonable cost. I need the roof replaced on a detached garage. A color coat to
match the house put over the stucco on the garage. The old driveway removed.
Install new driveway, walkways and patios. Install sprinkler system. Install
landscaping, including two lawn areas, a hedge and several planted beds. Build an
arbor over a patio and build gates for the driveway and walkway. If you have had
similar work done and were happy with your chosen contractor, please pass along
their name in comments.

Do not use Adam Pinkham construction doesn't pay his subs. You'll end up with a mess and some liens.

Call Dan Robertson Masonry and Concrete to do drive, walks, and patios (he has a website for SB) , use Action roofing, ask Dan who to go to for plastering, Steve Hansen or Kitson for irrigation install and follow up landscape .

I highly recommend Ann Burgard, she can do it all. She installed french drains & an irrigation system for me, removed large slabs of walkway, relayed them, built an arbor, gates etc. She can build structures from plans to finish, is timely, organized and neat.
