Monday, Monday, Anutter Monday. I've been thinking about my cousin Michael lately, on my dad's
side of the family. Weird I haven't thought of him in years like 20 haven't seen him in 45 years. Long time but when my Father died, their father died a
month later my mom took it upon herself to cut my dad's family away from the rest of us Elite Irish Catholics. It wasn't my wish. I loved my father's family
and they loved me. But I couldn't see them they lived too far away the cousins were in Crown Point that was probably 30 or 40 miles away from Hammond.
My Dads sister another one cut from our Royal heirs lived in East Chicago Indiana. My Aunt Helen was great she drove an old ‘49 Studebaker it was a
beautiful old car. She showed up on every birthday and at Christmas with bags of gifts she was single never married, I think I'm the male version of my Aunt
Helen. They were all cut from the team. My Mother told them all to go to HELL, in a nice way of course. Of course I didn't know about it for years I thought
they just didn't like me. Our only connection my father.
Their Father was a hopeless drunk totally dysfunctional as far as Drunks go I was a lot like him when I drank. My cousins were
like my father all functional Drunks and geniuses. Most of them became engineers, or tradesmen. Michael an Electrical Engineer very well known in the
community he and his family settled in. I was thinking about him right out of the blue I was wondering how he was getting along. My Mom told me he died
on October 5th. Maybe he somehow entered my mind to say "Hey" on the way out. I wrote one of his brothers after I found out but probably won't hear from
him. The last time I spoke to Ernie he basically told me to go to HELL. Sometimes parents make wrong decisions for their children. I don't blame my mother
for this as my father was very abusive toward her and I'm sure she just wanted to get as far away as possible.
At least I had some time in my life with my cousins and even though we hadn't been family all these years I have lived to see
their lives develop into greatness. Most of them have led great lives there were a couple that died horrible deaths. One of the girls was murdered in LA a
couple years back, One of the boys was riding in a car with a drunk driver they crashed he was killed that was back in 1979. Ever have that happen right out
of the blue your thinking about someone and you find out they passed away? Life sure is mysterious.
Listening to Isla Vista in the background of several calls, Saturday night made me wonder if the little town was out of control. A
couple times I heard officers requesting back up the first time was when the bicycle officer was struck and knocked down. Then I heard that was an accident
the bicycle was hit by another Sheriff unit according to the CHP Website. After the officer was transported to GVCH I heard several other calls involving 415
Fights that sounded out of control. Someone mentioned what they thought Halloween might be like? I think they plan way in advance for Halloween but it's
hard to say. I think if things get out of total control in Isla Vista it will be just a regular weekend when it's unexpected. From what I hear I wonder if there are
Weekend Fight Clubs in IV. It sounds that way 6600 Block of Del Playa is the block I hear most fights although Saturday night there were several other places
also. The first call I heard this morning Sunday was an 18 year old patient at GVCH Who was reporting that inappropriate things were done to her while she
was intoxicated and unconscious; maybe someone else was reporting it for her.
I think it's only a matter of time before there is more killing there one cannot predict crime but that is my opinion, I hope I'm
wrong.

I heard part of a call "Have the PD respond there's considerable crack here." I had to turn around and see if they were behind me.
Report of 242 Assault 107 Harbor Way on the back patio of the Breakwater restaurant.
Possible structure Fire 700 Block of G Street wires arching black smoke seen.
Some Type of suspicious circumstances occurred at Trader Joes Parking Lot in the 3000 Block of DLV.
10851 Stolen auto recovery at Avis rent a car at our nameless Santa Barbara airport.
New Cuyama Medical Emergency on the Football Field broken leg transport to Marian medical center.
White male adult in his 50's wearing black shorts spray painting street signs downtown SBPD Officer said he could not read what was written on the
signs.
Vandalism Castillo Street Underpants skid marks all over the place graffiti also.
Attempt 459 to vehicles white male trying door handles on Del Playa.
Heard another part of a call I missed the rest had no idea where this came from other than County: "Suspect from the Stabbing is in the video store." I
don't know what stabbing they were talking about.

Mission at Chino injury traffic accident vehicle vs child. Child was transported to Cottage.
Stabbing Investigation at Cottage stabbing occurred at Oak Park.

Report of male down behind Tri County Produce 300 South Milpas. He got up and walked away but police got him at the Railroad Tracks on Milpas.
Another subject was down Montecito at the tracks.

Vehicle Fire up at the Trout Club vehicle was a total loss and a little brush also burned.

On East Beach near the Bath House 5150 man yelling, also had his pants off for a time but put them back on before police got there.

Report of Leg Laceration Anapamu and State Street possible assault.
23152 Drunk Driver in Red Toyota South on San Pasqual from Carrillo.

Report of 15-20 Subjects fighting on San Andreas near Sola unsure if cops were able to find them.
A code 40 Drunk female reported that her purse had been snatched near Micheltorena near Salsipuedes police searched area and found purse nearby
but no suspects unsure if the victim claiming to be robbed was actually robbed.
While police were seeking a robbery suspect they found several gang Types hanging out around SBHS, had at least one at gunpoint.

23152 Drunk Driver passed out at the wheel of a black Audi at Lincoln and Hope.
A couple of guys shoplifting chickens in Santa Maria they got the chicken, but the Sheriff got their license plate.
SBPD caught up with a wanted subject in the 1100 Block of Carpinteria Avenue.
Vehicle vs Child 500 Ninos drive child transported to Cottage unknown injuries.
Snake Bite meet the subject in the champagne colored Mercedes at Painted Cave and 154. Did not say what kind of snake bite it was.
Combative subject at the Casino Sheriff unit requesting back up.
415 Domestic on Luciana male last seen running toward Voluntario after committing Domestic Violence.
Later on heard that a male climbed through a window on Luciana and 242ed woman don't know if it's the same guy or what? This guy 5'10 205 pounds.
Highway 101 at San Ysidro traffic accident two injuries several vehicles involved.
Motorcyclist Down Los Carneros at Hollister police were Unable to Locate when they got there.
Motorcyclist down Highway 33 at 166 Full Fire Response on this one biker unknown condition.
Male in a Toyota Corolla attempting to pick up little girls in Orcutt, Lakeview at Hillview vehicle was pulled over in front of Pacific Christian unknown if it
was the guy but license plate was very similar.
SBPD arrested 3 juveniles and transported them to juvenile hall I did not catch what they were arrested for.
18 Year old possible rape victim in GVCH Inappropriate things done to her while she was intoxicated and unconscious.

647 F Drunk Subject at the Casino.

415 Room Mates in the 300 Block of West Mission Male attempting to break down females door so she said a few moments later I heard she was
outside and he was still inside of the apartment.
I think sometimes women don't tell the truth in Domestic Situations I had a girlfriend once that told me if I did not shut up she was going to call the
police and tell them I hit her, I called them for her. They gave her a ration of POO POO.
A man wanted out of Los Angeles held his ex-girlfriend and child hostage for a brief period of time with a shotgun as police were responding he took
off they have been looking for him ever since. He has made statements that he won't go back to jail, or be taken down alive.
Medical Emergency for a 21 year old male at the ice scream shop on Stearns Wharf.
