Local Eye Cream

A friend is visiting this weekend. She would like to find some more eye cream that she bought a few years ago. The cream was made locally in Santa Barbara, but she does not recall the brand, nor has the package any more. She recalls that it was an organic cream with grapeseed oil and not tested on animals. Does anyone know of any local cosmetic companies, and if so, where their products can be purchased?

Alba Botanica used to be made in Santa Barbara, they have their product made in Santa Maria, now. I second the recommendation of the Grapeseed Company, that's likely them. Tho it might help to know where she bought it (i.e, at a boutique, a festival or fair or street vendor?)

People are missing the question here. They're trying to figure out what Made In SB eye cream their friend might have purchased. MAC isn't made in SB. Or Home Depot for that matter, thanks 944!

Just went to their offices in Carp and got bulk shampoo from them last week. If you phone them, they'll tell you if they still make the product and where to find it locally. www.earthessentials.com

Does she remember the general location of store where she purchased it? Do a little location Q and A and see if you can't narrow down the area of where the store might have been...or we got it on the way to Suzy Wedding. That might help with the location. (then ask Edhat!) Other than that, I ain't got nothin'. Hope you find it.

OP here... Thank you all for your comments. It is the Grapeseed company. My friend recognized the packaging as soon as she saw it on their web site. EdHat's the best... We would have never figured it out without you!
