Larry Callahan passed away from cancer early Wednesday. He had a diverse and exciting life. Larry always had his wheels spinning. He started Santa Barbara Olive Company from his one car garage in the 80's. He also started Blenders in the Grass in IV back in 1989. He has been Project Director for the Cousteau Society Educational Facilities and General Project Manager for Post Ranch Inn, The Cousteau Fiji Island Resort and The Lodge at Skylonda. After his successes at Post Ranch Inn, he went on to be Executive Director of Sundance in Utah. At Sundance, he further developed the resort including the ski areas, private homes, organic farm, merchandising, restaurants, art studios, film program and new spa.

Larry recently was Managing Partner of the restoration of El Capitan Canyon near Santa Barbara. He is preceded in death by his parents Gene and Becky. Larry is survived by his wife Robin and sister Kate. May he rest in peace.
