Wednesday, Happy Happity, Hump Hump Day! It's time for another episode of watch Roger Dodger have a Nervous Breakdown. So I bought a Scanner from Fingerhut. I know...I know.....But I'm Poor Trailer Trash without the Trailer. I put that on a Singles Ad and got an answer the first day. Some Gal actually wrote me and she wanted to get together right away. Scared the HELL outta me. Anyway the Scanner, Bearcat 100 Channel desktop with an AM-FM radio and a clock Nice and Cheap. I got another one that works great; bought it from Amazon. The Fingerhut one I just paid off. Anyway both scanners (Because they are the same model) take batteries in case there is a power outage. Well suddenly this Fingerhut Scanner is sucking up the battery power too fast, like in a day. I think that means my Fingerhut Scanner is going to the otter side. It's just another BILL! The singles ad has been up for 9 years. I don't really want anyone so I always put weird captions on the profile. Like "Jolly Gigolo". Other captions the Nanny would not like so I'm not repeating them here. Crime it's here and SNOT going away any time soon. A lot of Crimes of Opportunity as the Chief of Police says and of course the Holidays are coming up. A lot of thefts, a lot all over the place burglaries I mean Wow! Get Insurance lock up your place tight like Fort Knox anything you can do to prevent yourself from becoming a victim Do It. Be vigilant if you live in a neighborhood it might be good to get together with the neighbors and watch out for each other. Especially if you're going on vacation have someone watch your house, or apartment. I hear Squatter calls a lot too. Not just in the city, I have County too. I don't hear it all but I hear a lot. There's some Camper in Yard Calls too you gotta watch where ya step because you could step on someone it's dark out there. It happened to my sister once when she lived here. She rented a house with friends in the 700 Block of De La Vina it had this huge yard. At the time I was homeless and she caught me sleeping in the yard she told me that I couldn't sleep in her yard anymore. That wasn't very nice my own sister!
So I went out and got drunk which is what I used to do when I was Angry, or happy, sad, glad, it didn't matter I drank all the time one reason was just as good as another. But when I was angry and I got drunk I did things I would not normally do. Anyway I went over to the Rescue Mission, (which was at the corner of Mason and State Street back then.) I told all the Bums, Tramps, and fellow Hobos about my sister's Big Back Yard. I told them that they could drink there and no one would bother them all the neighbors would welcome them to the neighborHOOD. (That was in 1980.) My sister was delivering the LA Times back then she had to get up real early to pick up the papers and deliver them. She went to leave around 4am and I remember the story being she stepped on someone they grabbed her; she grabbed a broom and WHAM! BAM! BOOM! Anyway she was mighty mad at me when I got out of County Jail. She told me there were tramps sleeping in the compost pile! Her room mates were really angry too giving me dirty looks and such. That wasn't very nice so I went out and got drunk. I think the old Rescue Mission at Mason and State is a restaurant now. That place would make a good haunted house, I bet it's haunted I know of at least one person that died in there I wouldn't doubt it one bit if his ghost roams the halls looking for his money, Guy had no home but 5,000.00 in cash in his pocket.

10851 Stolen Auto 400 Whitman cream colored Camry.
A subject in a black Mazda 4-door was following an off duty police officer in their private vehicle and flashing gang signs at them in Santa Maria, SNOT very smart.
Someone attempted to hotwire a Vespa in Goleta.
This was very embarrassing there was a man in Waller Park passed out near the Monkey Pond with his pants down.
Suicidal subject at Franklin Center that wants to either shoot himself or jump off Sterns Wharf.
Code 40 Drunk Down 200 Block of South Milpas called in by Cacique Street Shelter Security.
5150 Transport to Cottage from an address in the first block of North Milpas.
Somewhere in the County a son took his mother's vehicle because he thinks she is too old to drive, hmm Good Idea.
415 Fight 1200 Block of Castillo.
Verbal 415 Argument 290 Storke Road at the Health Center.
Report of subjects smoking H and S in a grey compact at La Cumbre and Pueblo.
415 Domestic in the 300 Block of North Canada.
NeighborHOOD problem in the 500 Block of Poppy Lane.
Suicidal Person on Canon Perdido wants to hang themself.
Medical Emergency 800 Block of East Ortega Fall Victim subject has facial injuries.
Suicidal female in the lobby of the Cacique Street Shelter.
Possible rape suspect at Carrillo and Castillo, he wasn't there when police arrived but I think they got him at Carrillo and DLV.
Report of a 415 Domestic and shot fired on Karen Street in the County. When police got there all was well just an argument loud enough for the neighbors to hear.
900 Block of East Ortega 415 Domestic he's code 40, Drunk She tried to hit him with a candlestick. Some People should get a Clue they should not be together.
Keep the Peace 400 West Mission Child Custody.
Check the Welfare of an elderly person dressed in all black sitting on the curb on the Fairview Overpass.
North on Bath from Carrillo white male adult in his 20's wearing a dark blue jacket and hat looking into vehicles.
20002 Hit and Run at Rancheria and Montecito a red Mustang hit a red Toyota. Could have been a 20001 Felony hit and run thought I heard medics respond.
Scanner Reports, Tuesday:
Check on a suspicious vehicle a white Chevy Blazer in the 600 Block of Laguna parked there all day.
20001 Felony Hit and Run Foster at 135 in Santa Maria they left their car behind it is registered to the 200 Block of South Oakley suspects Hispanic male adults one with a green shirt the other a red shirt last seen headed toward the airport. I hope they are not going to take up flying now.
Missed the call but it involved some kind of jewelry theft from a guest at the Double Tree and it ended on Stearns Wharf with the arrest of the suspect.
Suspicious Circumstances in the 3500 Block of Modoc open door on apartment possible 459 Burglary.
Road Rage Cota at Anacapa black male adult in a blue jeep tried to run someone off the road partial plate 6EAL???
Non-injury traffic accident involving an unlicensed driver at Trader Joes 29 South Milpas.
Illegal Camper 120 East Figueroa in a doorway, female.
Paseo Nuevo Security detaining someone at the Social Security office in possession of drugs.
1144 Death at Cottage Hospital.
Follow Up at Trader Joes on a possible 459 Burglary.
A County Dispatcher said "Problems at the County Jail." A moment later she canceled that call so whatever happened was mellowed out quick.
Traffic Accident Fairview Overpass Unknown if Injury.
Check the Welfare of a man on Cornel or 800 Block of Loma Alta walking in his boxer shorts.
Smoke Check at the Bradley Dip smoke coming from a bush.
Medical Emergency Juvenile with a head injury 600 Block of East Canon Perdido.
415 Domestic at MTD 1020 Chapala husband ripped off wife's keys and ran thru the parking lot with them.
Unknown if injury traffic accident Milpas at Quinientos they were actually at A-1 Auto but I don't think the accident was there.
Female trying to charge with stolen credit card in Solvang. White female adult 40's 5'1 got into silver Hyundai driven by a male registered out of Las Vegas Nevada to a gal named Constance.
415 Tall Blond female wearing a green top and leopard pants yelling in the street Haley and State street.
Attempt Suicide 12 Year old Child on the North Side of Santa Barbara overdose on Advil. I don't like hearing that I had a friend that was 13 years old that intentionally shot himself with his Fathers Gun. He was the most popular kid in school everyone loved him I'll be saying some prayers for this kid tonight.

Will another one of our cats is missing and I suspect the neighbor I don't get along with took him and wasted him. I don't have any proof but I know he did. Just like he killed my other cat 3 years ago. I really hate that I quit drinking and that I went straight and that I've been non violent for along time. I hate this life I hate that I pray for peace in this crummy world where everyone screws each other over and there aien't no peace. Whats really insane is that I pray to the same god this guy does and god not only lets this scum of the earth exist but god lets him get away with hurting people and little animals..I'm not calling the police I have no proof.. I know This is a horribly ugly world. I'm going to bed but I won't sleep I'll think all night long.That poor little cat.

Boy do I feel like a fool right after I clicked on the little thingy and the comment poped up That damn cat the one I thought the neighbor took walked right past me just not. Well Gods really gonna spank me this time nevermind..
