Isla Vista Stabbing

On October 7, 2012, at about 12:40 AM, deputies and officers from the Isla Vista Foot Patrol responded to Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital for a report of two stabbing victims. The victims were assaulted during a fight that occurred on the 6600 block of Abrego Road in Isla Vista. During the investigation three additional assault victims were identified. One victim reported seeing a female suspect leave the fight. She was described as a Hispanic female, in her early 20's, about 5 feet 6 inches tall, and weighing about 140-150 lbs., with black hair pulled back into a pony tail. She left the scene in an unknown direction.

The victims have been released from the hospital with non life threatening injuries. No suspects have been arrested at this point and the investigation is on-going.
