Cottage Hospital Cleanliness

Outpatient lab at Cottage Hospital was ok today, but looking up this was the sight. Am uncertain if my expectations are too high, but too often there are similar sights that lessen my confidence about cleanliness at Cottage. Are there other Edhat readers with similar feelings?
