Victoria Parking Lot Car Hostages

We are prisoners of the Victoria Street parking lot! Gate won"t open. There are about 15 cars waiting to get out- and not so patiently.

UPDATE: Update on Victoria Street parking lot hostage situation - we have been freed. However, we were still charged for parking ! They did give us 20 minute credit tho.
