October 3, 2012 - The Regulator

A loyal subscriber was brave enough to take a photo of the infamous Goleta Pier Regulator. He's keeping a hawk eye on anyone and anything that gets out of line. Thankfully the Real Housewives will not be coming to Santa Barbara or else this Regulator would have some serious work ahead of him.
