City Council Chaos

Incident reported at City Council. Apparently a 5150 for an emotionally unstable person, possibly at the
city council meeting. Code 2 medics were requested for the pickup, possibly combative. SBPD on the scene.

A Santa Barbara woman was arrested Tuesday afternoon for sufficiently disrupting the Santa Barbara City
Council meeting that was put on hold as police responded and placed her into custody.

I don't think it was a City Council member I think it was this fella that has been going off outside of the meetings..But I don't know I heard what I heard it was quick they said code 2 No Big Deal..

I would have never given up that number..Ever see the movie Tombstone with Kurt Russell my favorite movie next to Falling Down one of the trains has the number 5150 on it..

I saw part of it on channel18 I had no idea she had those things going on..I really feel for her poor thing...I'm more like a 5165..Maybe taking the city to seriously had a hand in that I could see that happening..I hope she gets well..
