Loose Dog

Dog runs out door of home into street and hits police car. Then he ran off somewhere on San Andreas.

Sometype of police vehicle don't know if it was a car anyway the dog is either Husky? or Malimute red in color has a plastic cone around it's neck so he can't bite. Animal Control in area looking for him/her..
