207pc- an attempted kidnap of a 9-year-old girl in North County, around 12:30. A white adult male is the suspect.

Black pick up truck with an 8 in the licence plate. I think they said he was wearing a red shirt blue or black shorts..I think it occured in Lompoc. He attempted to drag her into the vehicle. Watch your kids Folks!
