iPhone 5 Release

This Friday is the release of the iPhone 5 and I can bet the lines are already starting outside of the Apple Store on State Street. Is anyone planning on getting the new phone or waiting in line? The Apple Store said they will be open at 8 am instead of 10 am tomorrow for the release.
