Narrative:

On the above date and time the victim, Monroe, was walking near the front of the Circle K convenience store. The suspect, Flemming, was standing nearby and rushed Monroe, forcibly removing her purse then fleeing the area on foot. A patrol officer arrived within two minutes and located Flemming walking a block away on Santa Clara St. Flemming was in possession of property belonging to the victim and was arrested for robbery.

During the arrest, Flemming attempted to kick and head butt the arresting officers. He was booked into VCJ for robbery with additional charges of violently resisting arrest, providing a false name and an outstanding parole want.

No one was injured during the crime or arrest.
