Depends on what you're wanting & price range. Rainbow gives really good foot massages for $20 or so but it's noisy there. Worth it though! :)

Massages in Santa Barbara are too expensive. I get mine in Carpinteria. Jeannie Bush at PastTense Spa is great. www.PastTenseSpa.com

The Massage Place on Victoria, ask for Leo, it's no frills but their great, clean and quiet.

Maggi's Studio. Located on 27 E Victoria St. She is amazing! Directly across from 'The Massage Place' in the Victoria Building. I absolutely love going to her. She knows just the tricks to releive my strain on my back. If you go to her website (can't posit due to EDHAT rules, just find her on Yelp, she's the #1 referral) you get a discount as a first time client.

Cielo Spa - very reasonable prices comparatively speaking and an ambiance you won't find at the "chain" and cheaper places.
