shower. The pool officially opened on July 20, 2007. Dr. Virgil Elings, who donated an ocean of money for

Transfer Station: At the County Transfer Station (dump) off of Calle Real there is big white sign that spells out these hold-
your-nose no-nos in big, black, capital letters. Up until 1966 the Calle Real facility was a landfill in its
own right. Today the daily trash is put onto big trucks and driven 24 miles up 101N to the County-owned
Tajiguas landfill. |

blue, but in the early 1990s the wooden gates needed to be replaced. The City hired architectural
