When Would You Say, Realistically, That This Project Will Open Its Doors?

Unless you're an involved neighborhood activist, it's probably getting hard to remember when the Miramar and El Encanto were last booking guests into rooms. These two local icons of Santa Barbara's hospitality industry are still without set timelines as to when they'll be rejuvenated and back open for business.

And who knows when the yet-to-materialize La Entrada and Fess Parker's Waterfront Hotel will open their doors .. if ever.
