If dreams are messages from the unconscious, then working with your dreams can yield amazing results. When you know how to effectively use these powerful experiences, great progress can be made in the process of awareness, insight and self-actualization. In this workshop, participants will learn how to:
• Understand the concept of universality as it applies to dreaming!
• Distinguish between universal meaning and personal meaning!
• Interpret any image that appears in a dream in a powerful way!
• Learn a technique that will increase the value of all your dream experiences!
This workshop will be divided into four basic segments.
Q&A – breaks the ice and engages participants in an interactive process that encourages curiosity and de-mystifies the subject, making it more accessible.
Universality – universality will be explained, followed by an interactive back-and-forth between the facilitator and group. This will utilize a number of dream symbols offered by participants in order to identify universal meaning of each.
Interpretation – 3-4 volunteers will present dreams and an interpretation will be offered at the group level. Participants not volunteering will be encouraged to think of a dream of their own to be able to work with the process that follows.
Dream Process –Volunteers will be given an assignment from their dream; a scenario to return to and allow for new information to emerge through a meditative process. Observers will be encouraged to participate on their own. After a very short guided meditation, the group will process their observations and experience.
Dr. Michael Lennox has spent the last twenty years interpreting thousands of dreams in workshops, in the media and for corporate and private clientele. Lennox, who holds a Doctorate in Psychology, has been deeply influenced by Carl Jung’s theories on dreams. He is also a noted Astrologer, Intuitive and a teacher of all areas of spiritual psychology.
A highly sought-after media expert, Dr. Lennox has been seen internationally by millions of viewers on many television shows, beginning with the Sci Fi Network’s The Dream Team with Annabelle and Michael, which premiered in January, 2003.
