Plant Sale and Kale Cooking Class!

SATURDAY, JUNE 30, 10 am - 4 pm: Huge plant sale at Trinity Gardens in Santa Barbara. This fundraiser for Santa Barbara's newest community garden will offer edible plants as well as landscaping shrubs and trees, in a range of sizes and growth!

Come check out the garden plots, enjoy some food, music, and community, and great deals on plants, while supporting this non-profit organic garden that serves the neighborhood and local social service non-profits!

ALSO, from 11 am - 1 pm, register for a Kale Cooking Class! In Southern California it's almost always kale season, and you know you love it, but what to do with it?! Join instructor Linda Vogel and learn a variety of delicious dishes with kale as the featured ingredient. Class includes ingredients and tools, please preregister: judygardens@gmail.com, 637-3201. Cost is $15. Includes lunch.
