Internationally renowned bible scholar, best selling author and expert on the historical Jesus, will discuss his new book, The Greatest Prayer: Rediscovering the Revolutionary Message of the Lord's Prayer in a two-part seminar at Trinity Episcopal Church, 1500 State Street in Santa Barbara, 93101.

Crossan's goal will be to give a vivid sense of what this revolutionary prayer must have meant in the lives of the men and women who first heard it, who first repeated it and who carefully preserved the prayer for us to enjoy two thousand years later.

The seminar will begin Friday, March 1 with a lecture and book signing form 7-9 pm. The three Saturday lectures will begin at 9:00 am and conclude by 3:00 pm.
