Snow in Santa Barbara

All day I've watched the mountains barely visible shrouded in shapes that shift in and out of conscious presence as the mists coyly veil or accent. The
sound and smell of rain a rippling backdrop, with even some occasional punctuations of lightning and throbbing thunder. This day has provided thoughtful
celebration of friend John O'Donohue's recent passing. As death passes near us, we can feel life more consciously.
