Dispensary Donates to Local School

SANTA BARBARA, CA - February 2, 2010 - As a part of its ongoing efforts to donate to other local nonprofits and community based organizations, Green Well, a city-permitted nonprofit medical cannabis organization, will present various gardening materials to El Puente School, 430 E. Gutierrez Street, today at 11:00 AM.

The students of El Puente Community School are in the planning stages of planting a school flower and vegetable garden on their campus. The school cannot afford all of the needed supplies and asked the community to donate some materials.

Green Well members immediately began assembling organic mulches, vegetable seeds, and various organic plant foods. "This is a wonderful project for the students; we're very happy to help," said James Lee, Green Well CEO.

This is outrageous. and the School District has complained about the dispensaries---how is this even halfway logical?
