Hydro-Mulching

This morning I was driving to Goleta and it was so clear I could see the hydro-mulching from Modoc and Las Positas. It actually looks beautiful. Nice green color. I hope Jo Duffy and John Wiley can get some shots from the air. (The artist in me thought it would be cool to mix California Poppy seeds into the mulch.)
