Call me crazy but I'm guessing that she was just tending "nature's call" beside her car and it looked rather like someone trying to set a fire. I hope she wasn't an arsonist.

It was a blond female wearing a tan jacket driving a grey or silver Toyota Camry with Washington plates heading West shes probably here by now somewhere..
