Infrastructure is falling apart but a least we all have "smart meters".

Exciting coverage - thank you. Am feeling that our country's infrastructure is being held together by a thin technological thread. There used to be stronger safety nets around. We need to brace ourselves for what's ahead.

Forget the Urban Hikers; I have no complaints, appreciate them. Why does it take TWO HOURS for SCE to show up to an active fire?! I see their trucks every time I go out in daylight, somewhere in town. Where do they live? If employees can't respond in a reasonable time, what about some kind of reciprocal work agreement? And I sure see many Cox trucks parked at homes regularly... Doesn't anyone who works for SCE live in the city or county? Really, I'm curious and I'm shocked at SCE's response time.

I have to admit I've been mentally calling them the Urban ACs for a while. Not in a malicious way by any means. I just had a 70's flashback. They provide coverage that none of the other local news outlets seem capable of. My personal thanks for all they do for our community!
